My Story
I started in curves a few years ago. I had reached the weight of 180 pounds and could no longer stand feeling "fat and frumpy". So 2 weeks before I started at Curves, I changed my diet and lost 11 lbs. Once I did start Curves after one year of working out 4-5 times a week I lost 45 lbs and 30 inches total.
I not only felt better and had more energy, but I didn't mind shopping for new clothes either.
I had to leave the program for a year because of personal reason's, but I am back and loving every minute of it.
I encourage all my friends to go there and find out how easy and fun it is to get in shape.
The support there is awesome and I think everyone should give it a try.
