My Story
Hi, my name is Kathy. I am 49 years old and I have a husband and a son that is 14 years old. I have been on the economy roller-coaster for over 2 years now. Instead of wallowing on the couch and basically becoming lazy and stressed-out, I decided that I would make all this negativity in my life turn into something positive! Before I joined Curves, I started a walking program. But it just felt like I needed something else...so I stepped into the Bentonville, AR Curves and it completely changed my life! It's more about just toning up. Women have to improve themselves from the inside out and that's what Curves has done for me. I want to be healthy not only for my family, but also to enjoy life!
