My Story
I started Curves in 2006, looking for a way to get in shape...I wasn't that consistant, but it was fun. This January,weighing 251 pounds at 5'1", I was needing something more. I needed to loose weight, get my cholesterol down and feel better. I have tried other diets, only to fail and put back on more weight. My trainer introduced me to The Curves Weight Management program. Ok, I'll try it. One week..Lost 5 pounds!! I have been consistant and have since lost 42 pounds since January 19, 2009!! I am feeling the difference and people are seeing the difference. I am enjoying the food on this plan, and the way it's done makes sence to me. I feel like an AMAZING WOMAN!!!! I still have a long way to go, about 95 pound to goal, but with the help and encouragement of my trainers and friend and family, I can do this!!!!
