My Story
I started a food program to lose weight and needed to exercise - which I probably hadn't done in over 30 years. I had bad knees and couldn't get out and walk, plus I was too obese to get up and walk any distance. So I decided to give Curves a try. It was hard work at first, but after a week free trial, I thought I could do it, just three days a week and 30 minutes each time - I could afford to give that time to exercising. Well, I started going 6 days a week to just see what would happen. Well, in the first year and 2 months of my membership, I lost 129 pounds and 109 inches. I've gone from a 5X shirt to a small shirt. CURVES is the GREATEST.
