My Story
I was a Curves member 2 years ago and got "too busy to take care of me" and cancelled my membership. I decided in March of this year that I was no longer going to make excuses and I was going to find the time to take care of myself. I go to Curves 3 days a week (via bicycle). On those days I also walk for 30 minutes on the treadmill and do a 30 minute cardio video. The other 4 days of the week I walk 5 miles (outside) and do a 20 minute toning video. I am also a member of Weight Watchers. I am hoping to head back to school this fall (I am a teacher) toned, trim, and a little bit slimmer!
