My Story
I was one of the charter members of the Orem Curves Club. Curves soon became a very big part of my life. I love that it is done in 30 minutes, it is effective and it is an encouraging environment! Working out has helped me be a more patient mom. My kids can tell if I haven't worked out! They just tell me, "Mom, you seem a little cranky, you need to work out don't you?" I am so proud to be a Curves member! My grandchildren know Curves too. I picked up my four year old granddaughter while holding another 9 month old while walking up the stairs, my 4 yr old said, "It's a good thing my grandma goes to Curves!" The Smart Equipment has really enhanced my work out! I love to go for the green! I am a mother of 6 and a grandmother of 7 and one on the way! And I am 49 years old and can't wait until my 50th Birthday! Bring it on! I can handle it, I'm a Curves Member!
