My Story
At first, I was skeptical about the Curves "family" idea. I just wanted to get in shape, do my exercise and get on with it. The idea of "rah-rah" support just wasn't what I was looking for, but the 30-minute circuit really appealed to me.
Once I got started going 3X a week, I was hooked. I lost over 30 pounds, unmeasured inches, and 3 dress sizes.
I've had "perfect attendance" for over 800 workouts. I had to take two weeks off this fall due to a fall that dislocated my knee and broke my kneecap. The orthopedic surgeon was amazed that I hadn't torn any of the ligaments or cartlidge in the fall. I attribute the workout at Curves for keeping me in shape.
And the "family" thing??? Couldn't do it without them!
