My Story
I started at Curves because I was having terrible back pain and was told I had the back of a 70 year old -- at 26! I needed a place to lose weight and do strength-training, and Curves fit the bill. Four years and 600 workouts later, I'm down 76 pounds and 44 inches and I haven't had a single back problem in three years! I love Curves because it's such a simple, easy-to-follow program, and there's great camaraderie among all the ladies working out.
