My Story
I began putting on a lot of weight the summer between my 8th and 9th grade year. I literally went from a size 10 to an 18 and kept going up. I soon found myself going to the cabinets and the fridge for a "comfort" snack.
Now that I am older I look at my self at a size 26 and am very unhappy with myself. I am so unhealthy,and out of shape. I struggle going up stairs and one day got fed up of all these problem along with my weight. I received one free week at the Curves that I am now a member. Within the one week and only 3 workouts I lost 4lbs and 3in. I am not bragging or anything, but that is what motivated me to join back in October. I know I have a long way to go to achieve my weight loss goal, I know without a doubt that I can and will do this.
