My Story
Hi,

My story is a pretty simple one. I am 49 years old and I want to be able to reach a old age healthy. I was a smoker for years and have now quit for 2 years. This is the second time I have quit. The first time was for 5 years but I ended up gaining about 35 pounds. This time though I told myself I wouldn't let that happen. I haven't gain that weight but I know with my age I was losing muscle and bone density. I started curves not to lose weight but to gain muscle and be healthy. I also have a slightly elevated cholesterol which I think exercising helps with. My goal with curves to is to go into my later years having muscles, low cholesterol, good bone density, and not having extra pounds to slow me down. Hopefully I will live to be 100 and my body and mind will be intact!
