My Story
It's not easy being the fat girl. The fat girl is the one who helps her girlfriends get ready for dates and then goes home to a bucket of ice cream and a movie rental. The fat girl is the one who won't be seen in a bathing suit, so she stays on the beach in a t-shirt and jeans while everyone else enjoys the water. The fat girl is the one who wears a smile but is constantly crying inside because she knows she deserves more.
Thanks to Curves, I'm no longer the fat girl...and she's never coming back! I've lost over 50 pounds, and I've never felt better! I still have a ways to go, but with motivation from my girls at Curves, I know I can do it! I have gained so much confidence, and I have finally realized that I deserve to be happy and comfortable in my own body. I always said that there was a skinny girl inside me somewhere, and now she's starting to appear! The best part is that I've been able to motivate my family and friends to begin their weight loss journeys too!
