My Story
My name is Louisa and I am writing today to nominate Bea Southwick. She is the oldest member of the Curves of New Lexington club. Bea just turned 87 on her last birthday and we celebrated with a small party and card shower for her. Bea does not look her age by any means. She is fit, energetic, volunteers at her church, attends an over 50 club, works out three times every week no matter what the weather and never complains about any aches or pains. Bea still takes care of her home, her yard, her flower beds, and still shovels her own sidewalk. Bea raised a daughter on her own due to her husband's passing at her daughter's young age but she enjoyed every minute of her and is very proud of her daughter who also attends Curves. Bea would make a great woman to feature in the Diane magazine so please vote for her.
