My Story
im 69yrs old. i've been disabled for the past 20yrswith multiple health problems, one of them Pomp disease,causing mucle degenerationand atrophy.before joining Curves, i was unable to drive a car , or go anywhere without assistance.Daily routint was very difficult.Now just a short time after joining Curves, my physical improvement is verry noticeble to my family's amazement, and myself included.Now my main goal is to continue improving the strength of my mucles to have as close to normal life as possible.
