My Story
My most Amazing Member is my Mom, Muriel. She has only been a member since 2005. However, she makes at least 3 visits a week. She had to take a leave of absence in December due to a bad knee. She didn't have surgery, a total knee replacement, until the end of March. However, she kept up with some exercises as best she could. Her biggest complaint to the doctor and therapists has been that she will not make 150 workouts this year, so she will not earn her tee shirt. We get a tee shirt if we make 150 workouts. She has gotten hers each of the years she has been a member. Well, less that 2 months after surgery, she can come back on a limited basis to work out. The doctor said she is walking circles around his younger patients. See, Mom is 82. She is an inspiration to many of of friends at Curves. Way to go Mom.
