My Story
What a journey I've been on this past year.

I walked into Curves in late February, 2008, a shy, individual with low self esteem and no confidence. Now, I'm outgoing. A risk taker. I now have the confidence to try anything and conquer it.

Thanks to the guidance, encouragement and friendship I received at Curves, I am now the person I always knew I could be. I exceeded all of my expectations. I am enjoying the best health of my life!

I can't imagine what life has instore for me next.

Look out 2009, here I come!
