My Story
I finally got in the right frame of mind and started a loose regiment of correcting my eating habits and doing a little walking. Once I saw some small improvement I felt the need for extra help, looked and found Curves.
I stuck with it and results soon followed. In addition to the weight loss, I began to feel better about myself. My blood pressure dropped 30 points and lost inches plus body fat.
At Curves, I was able to meet people of all ages with similar goals which became like a support group. The workout equipment and 30 minute timeframe was a big plus for me. I still do a little walking but the Curves experience keeps me going.
The bottom line is Curves has helped my health, my overall well being,and my drop in clothing sizes. I'm almost there! Thanks.
