My Story
Since Janurary when I became real serious about my work our regime, I have referred to my smart card as my personal trainer. I tell everyone about it. I'm up to a total of 27 lbs of weight loss. Stick to it and listen to everyone on the circuit. Everyone on the circuit talks about what they do that works for them. Chances are that we can take a little away from each person and implement it in our lives. Curves promotes what a lot of others don't "proper diet & exercise" by diet we mean eating properly. I workout at curves at least 3 days a week (I rarely miss my 3 days). For me, the more workouts the better, so I shoot for more. I attribute a good portion of my success to my sister. She has been instrumental in my success. She isn't a dietician, but she definitely knew what to tell me to eat. She's also been a great emotional support as well. Folks, I am living breathing proof that eating right and exercising does work.
