My Story
In December of 2005, my daughter, asked me to go to Curves with her. In August of 2006, I received a letter from Sterling Insurance , informing me that they would pay for my membership if I would start attending Curves. I began in August of 2006. The first few times around, the Curves trainer was ready to catch me, as she was afraid that I would fall. I made only one circuit around that day. A few days later, I was able to make it up to two rounds. Now I go to Curves five times a week and make two rounds each day. I have started shrinking in heighth, and am only 5 ft. 1/2" tall. I am now 72 years old and still going strong. I will keep going to Curves until I am physically not able to . Hopefully, that will not be for a very long time!
