My Story
I belong to TOPS Take Off Pounds Sensibly in Hampstead, Md. I won a contest at TOPS my prize was 30 days free at Curves, boy was I happy with that. I could not wait to go to curves the next day.I started with regular work outs. my weight was 264.4 after the first 30 days my weight droped to 246.2 WOW. The next month down to 232.6. then Lisa told me about Smart Curves so I signed on. Ha Ha I thought I was working out strong the regular way, wrong, the smart was making me WORK oh my goodness.That was the best move for me, thank you Lisa, owner of Curves in Hampstead, Md,I have a bad right knee and I knew I was headed for a knee replacement. Because of the weight lost and excercise the bone that was pertruding out the back of my knee, is back in place and I've had NO Hospital stay. After a year and a few months Iam down to 184.4 pounds. Iam so HAPPY. I religiously work out at curves and eat sensibly at age 60, if I can do it so can you. This is my time to do something for ME, this is your time life is too short, use it wiseley and enjoy LIFE.
