My Story
I have been struggling with my weight since I was 16 years old. I am now 33 and still fighting with my weight. I recently became unemployed and didn't know what to do with my time or how to get my motivation to exercise. I was reading the news paper and found this story about curves fittness study, so I decided to try it out. What harm could it do? I have been going to curves 3-4 times a week. To date I have lost 12 lbs. I am very excited and very motivated to keep going. I have tried every diet and exercise routine on my own and suddenly will lose interest because I am not losing any weight. Curves is working for me. I am seeing a nutritionist about my food intake and I am on the right track with that as well.
Curves makes me feel very good about myself. There is no judgement and everyone is always friendly. I have met many women there and really enjoy working out with them on the circut. I have found the right tool to keep me motivated and that is curves.
