My Story
Early last year I decided that I wanted to live long enough to see my 5 and 3 year old grandchildren grow up. I knew the way I was going with my weight and lack of exercise that that wasn't likely to happen unless I took steps to get healthy. This included a healthy diet and regular exercise. I started out by walking and then progressed to riding my bike. After losing 40 pounds, I wanted to ramp up my exercise and do something that would tone me. I joined Curves. Since joining I have lost 40 inches and 46 pounds for a total weight loss of 103 pounds
