My Story
I started Curves Jan.2009.I have tried many diets and not pleased with any of them. I thought I would give it one last try.Many of my friends stated that they were or have been on Curves before and really liked it.So here I am.I like the weight management.It really isn't a diet to me,it's more like a LIFE STYAL CHANGE. I work out 5 days a week and now I walk/jog 9-10 miles a week.I've now lost 43lbs.and still losing.I really like the girls at Curves everyone is very friendly and there is plenty of encourgement to go around.I truely belive that Curves has SAVED MY LIFE!!!!Thank You Curves!!!!!
