My Story
I joined curves last summer, and although I loved going, I had a really hard time keeping my motivation up. I was only going two or three times a week, and sometimes not at all! But with the help of the amazing staff at my club (thanks Linda!) I got my act together and really dedicated myself to it. That being said, I still have weeks where I don't go as often as I should, but I'm trying. Since I've been working out at least three times a week, and making a few little changes to the way I eat, I've lost 30 lbs since January of this year. I still have a long way to go, but now I have a great headstart :) Curves is the best weight-loss system I've ever used, and when you start to see the results for yourself, it makes it that much better. All you need to do is realize nobody else will do it for you, YOU must make the decision to change YOUR life. :)
