My Story
I am member of Curves on the westside of Olympia Washington. I have been going on and off. The off part was when I was in a head on car collision 5 years ago, where I lost most of my vision. I finally went back to Curves after recovering for about a year. If it hadn't have been for Kim Miller, owner and manager of my Curves, and her help and encouragement I wouldn't have been able to continue working out on my own. She has been kind and patient helping me adjust to working out with limited vision. About six months ago, I had a small stroke and there again Kim was very helpful. Curves provides me with a way to get out and socailize with other women while I continue to work out. Even with my disablility Kim has supported my over the years and others shouldn't give up on exercise at Curves.
