My Story
I have an addictive personality. I have replaced my addiction to food, with a healthy addiction to Curves. I try to work out between 4-6 times a week and so far I have 1630 workouts since I joined in January of 2003. I start work at 8:30 am and try to get to Curves to start my day with my 30-minute workout before I go to work.

Over the years, I have joined many exercise clubs and programs, but never stuck with it for one reason or another. Curves is the only program that has worked for me and fits into my active life style. I find I do not make up the excuses to not go, like I used to with the other programs.

I enjoy our Curves because it's up beat, fun, friendly and I actually look forward to going. I have lost 85 pounds since joining Curves and many inches. I have gone from a size 24 to a size 10-12. I am no longer borderline diabetic, nor do I have high blood pressure. I always keep a travel pass with me so I can enjoy my 30 minute workout no matter where I might be. I have gone to Curves in New York City and Las Vegas, as well as when I visit my daughter in Coral Springs, Florida.

I love to cruise and since I exercise on a regular basis at Curves, I can keep up with the younger singles on the shore excursions....such as cave tubing and zip lining. I just recently returned from a singles Mediterranean Cruise and I was able to do the strenuous walking and climbing and I know working out at Curves on a regular basis had a lot to do with that.

I really am glad that Curves is a part of my life and thank you to our Curves staff for being there for me.
